Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most US deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $50.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety, used pet products cannot be accepted. Contact us at our contact page to start a return.
Are slow feeders or enrichment products medical devices?
No. Slow feeders, lick mats, and snuffle mats are designed for supervised routine enrichment. They are not medical devices and should not replace advice from your veterinarian.
What size dogs are your products for?
Most PawPath gear is designed for small through large breeds. Check individual product pages for specific size and weight guidance.
